I used my Sharper Image Salad Spinner to clean some leftover spinach I had. I saw an idea about freezing your green smoothie recipes on @heyfranhey’s FB page and I’m going to test it out. Each bag has 1 1/2 cups of spinach and I’m going to add the other green smoothie ingredients in the freezer bags now.

it makes the morning smoothie so much easier. just pull a bag out, whip it up add whatever else I need to and I’m done.
